Why Vote for Bobbi

Hello, my name is Bobbi Hutchinson, and I would appreciate your vote to continue serving on the Cedar Park City Council Place One. I have lived in Cedar Park for almost 13 years and while our City has grown in many exciting ways during that time, I believe our best days still lie ahead and I’m excited to be a part of the team that leads us to continued prosperity.

I was first elected to the city council in May 2023. My priorities include:

  • Strong support for first responders

  • Fiscal Responsibility

  • Business-friendly

  • Forward-thinking

  • Ensuring an exceptional quality of life

Additional volunteer work on city council:

  • 2024 Community Support Funding Subcommittee,

  • 2025 Legislative Subcommittee,

  • Member of the Capital Area Council of Governments (“CAPCOG”) general assembly

I also continue to be an active member of the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce where I support and encourage the economic growth and vitality of our City.

As your city council member, my overarching goal is to ensure our city continues to be a place that you love to call home! Projects include:

  • Joint Public Safety Training Center

  • BCRUA Deep Water Intake project

  • New Cedar Park Public Library and neighboring Bell Park

  • Brushy Creek North Fork Trail

  • New Hope Drive road extension

  • New and upcoming Shared-Use Paths

  • Lakeline Park

But the work continues! Projects currently underway include:

  • Cedar Park convention center and hotel

  • CedarView - Nebraska Furniture Mart, Scheels and other new exciting retail/restaurants

  • Continued buildout of the Bell District

  • New pedestrian bridge over Highway 183

Doing my part to make these projects the best they can be for our residents is a primary mission of my service on Council and I’m excited to continue this work during a second term on Council. I am truly grateful for our city, its residents, and the many special qualities that make Cedar Park a unique and vibrant community and I humbly ask for your vote to continue serving on your Cedar Park City Council in 2025.
